What You’ll Do

• Own the inventory – track usage, set optimal stock levels, slash obsolescence, and keep the shelves turning fast.
• Source like a shark – negotiate with OEM and aftermarket suppliers for pricing, availability, and fillrate guarantees.
• Lead the crew – hire, coach, and motivate a highperformance parts team that loves winning together.
• Serve & sell – partner with our service lane and wholesale customers to get the right part, first time, every time.
• Drive profitability – set strategic pricing, analyze turns & gross, and hit aggressive GP goals.
• Stay compliant – keep us spotless on audits, safety, and manufacturer standards.

What It Takes

• Proven track record running an automotive parts department (dealership experience preferred).
• Deep knowledge of OEM parts catalogs, DMS/POS systems, and inventory best practices.
• Magnetic leadership style—your team can’t wait to follow your lead.
• Solid communication chops with techs, vendors, and retail walkins.
• Must pass preemployment background check, MVR review, and drug screen; we maintain a drugfree workplace.
