We’re looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team and be the trusted connection between our clients and the parts they need. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of replacement parts requests while maintaining strong, service-driven customer relationships. Your technical knowledge, critical thinking, and commitment to our core values will support the growth and long-term success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, retain, and grow strong client relationships to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business within your assigned region.
• Prepare sales quotes, issue purchase orders, and approve billing for parts requests.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Foster positive relationships with vendors. Ensuring smooth procurement and delivery.
• Offer technical support to customers and internal service teams as needed.
• Travel within your region to visit clients and build in-person relationships.
• Stay up to date on products, technology, and industry trends through continued education and involvement in professional organizations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration, preferably with ammonia systems.
• Familiarity with major parts and equipment manufacturers.
• Technically minded with strong critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel on-site customer visits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
