This role requires expertise in managing payroll processes and ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and compliance regulations. Responsibilities: • Process and oversee full-cycle payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate employee payments. • Manage payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records. • Prepare and post journal entries related to payroll transactions. • Conduct regular reconciliations to verify payroll data and address discrepancies. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve them promptly. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure payroll aligns with financial reporting. • Generate reports and provide insights for audits and internal reviews. • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll administration. • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems. • Ability to manage payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees. • Strong understanding of journal entries and reconciliations. • Familiarity with payroll compliance regulations at federal, state, and local levels. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication abilities to address payroll-related inquiries. • Solid organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
