We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports for management and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on employee compensation, benefits, and deductions.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and tax laws.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with [insert payroll software, e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity].
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
