We’re seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigator to handle serious and catastrophic injury cases. The role includes full responsibility from filing to trial, including case strategy development, depositions, negotiations, motions, and trial preparation. You will work with a dedicated support team to maximize client outcomes.

*Responsibilities include *

* Develop case strategies and theories
* Manage cases from complaint through trial, including trying cases
* Propound and respond to discovery
* Take and defend depositions
* Draft Motions/Appear at Hearings
* Conduct settlement negotiations
