Job Title: Part-Time PM&R Physician and Associate Medical Director
Location: St. Joseph, Missouri

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our team as an Associate Medical Director in St. Joseph, Missouri. This part-time role (3 days a week) offers an exceptional opportunity to combine clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care to patients recovering from various conditions, including strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other musculoskeletal or neurological disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, nurses, and case managers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee the quality of care delivered in the facility, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
• Serve as a leader and mentor to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Participate in administrative duties as needed, including strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and patient outcomes monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Active medical license in the state of Missouri or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a leadership or medical director role is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practices.

Schedule & Compensation:
