Central Wyoming Ortho Surgery Opportunity WITH SPORTS and Robotics
Due to an Ortho Surgeon tapering back and looking to retire within the next year, one of the most beautiful locations in Wyoming has a brand new dream job for an Ortho Surgeon to take over for an existing patient panel. Come join a well-established multi-specialty team offering full-spectrum care with on site Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Surgical Sub-specialties, etc. You will have a voice in this organization and a work/life balance physicians chase their entire careers to get!
The ideal candidate is an experienced BC/BE Ortho Surgeon who is robotics trained - practicing surgeons and new grads (including 2026) are welcome to apply.
- $650k to $800k BASE SALARY plus lucrative RVU model
- You can have up to 100% Sports if you want
- 4 days of clinic + 1 day of at-home admin is typical but negotiable
- 8a-5p is also typical, but negotiable
- CALL is 1:3 and extremely light since they do very little trauma
- NO WEEKENDS and NO LATE NIGHTS outside of call
- Extensive benefits package including retirement
