JOIN THE TEAM at THE VILLAGE!!!

A Mom's Village is a "mommy clubhouse" that offers fitness for moms and children's enrichment classes for kids ages 4 months-6 years. The Village Music Program is a dynamic class led by a singing teacher, accompanied by a musician.

The pianist/keyboardist accompanies a 45 minute music class that features all live music, various instruments, movement activities, a musical story time and dramatic play.

Responsibilities and Duties
Arrive 15 minutes before class, interact with kids and their families, play piano for 45 minute class, contribute creatively to the structure of class, assist teacher in writing new songs or changing arrangements of songs, help clean up after class. Classes are occasionally held outside during summer months.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in piano, must be comfortable reading chord sheets or learning songs by ear, ability to improvise and be spontaneous when needed. Must LOVE kids and have an upbeat, energetic personality.

Ability to play other instruments is a huge plus.
