Job Title: Pipefitter
Job Summary:
Pipes all production machinery, debugs equipment, assist with startups, troubleshooting and assist in disassembling equipment for delivery to customers.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Pipes and assembles all fluid, pneumatic, lubrication systems on all production machinery per engineering supplied prints.
- Tube Bending: Hand Bending, Bench Bending, and Power Bench Bending
- Performs layout of machines, hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication, cooling systems and related hardware per standards of customer, NEC and ANSI.
- Disconnects piping and related devices necessary to ship machine. Ensures this is accomplished to permit the easiest possible installation and startup at the customer’s location; properly marks all break points and secure any loose devices.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education:
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
