Responsibilities include: - Preparing pizza dough and recipes
- Manage station production and dough management
- Learn proper BOH codes and get certified, we will pay for it if you don't have it
- 2+ years pizza experience
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated to food quality and control
- Be willing to work hard and train others
- Willing to learn other stations and to work as a team.
