The ideal candidate has previous experience preparing wood-fired and or brick oven pizza, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking, giving direction well and multi-tasking effectively.   • Preparing pizza dough and recipes
  • Manage station production and dough management
  • Learn proper BOH codes and get certified, we will pay for it if you don't have it
  • 2+ years pizza experience
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated to food quality and control
  • Be willing to work hard and train others
  • Willing to learn other stations and to work as a team.
