Position Summary:

As a Pizza Cook at Olly Olly Marke t, you play a key role in delivering high-quality food and a great guest experience. You are responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating pizzas and related menu items while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. Located in the iconic Starrett Lehigh Building, Olly Olly Market features nine fast-casual concepts from celebrated New York chefs and two vibrant bars. You will work closely with the Chef and fellow team members to support daily service and uphold the quality standards that define our food hall.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare menu items including dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
\n
• Cook pizzas and other menu items to ensure proper doneness, consistency, and presentation.
\n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation before, during, and after service.
\n
• Follow daily prep lists and assist with inventory awareness to ensure readiness for service.
\n
• Communicate clearly with kitchen teammates to support smooth and timely service.
\n
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
\n
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating products as needed.
\n
• Perform additional kitchen and prep tasks as assigned by the Chef and Olly Olly Market Management team.
\n
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment by collaborating across roles.
\n

• Able to accurately follow recipes and execute dishes to the Chef’s standards.

• Communicates clearly and respectfully with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
\n
• Able to bend, reach, twist, stoop, kneel, and work with hands and arms throughout the workday.

• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds
