Salary: $22-$27 Depending on qualifications and experience.

Come to work in the beautiful Petoskey/Charlevoix/Harbor Springs area! We have an opening for a landscape/tree care technician. This job involves planting trees, treating trees, trimming, removal, and more.

The applicant will need to have or be able to obtain a:

• Class A CDL
• Certified pesticide applicator license
• Certified Arborist Certification 

Responsibilities:

• Run a tree planting crew
• Treat trees by injection and other methods
• Fertilize trees
• Trim and remove trees

Other details:

• The job is full-time (2000 hours per year) but seasonal (April through December), so we work a lot of hours during the busy season (especially May, June, and July). It is possible that we can make this a year-round job for the right candidate.
