Key Responsibilities - Perform physical construction and renovation tasks on residential pool projects.
- Execute demolition, framing, plumbing, tile, coping, concrete, and finish work.
- Repair and upgrade existing pool structures and features.
- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Follow project instructions and design plans accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Handle materials and equipment loading/unloading.
- Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with project managers.
Qualifications - Experience in pool construction, renovation, landscaping, hardscaping, or general trades preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, digging, bending, standing for long periods).
- Self-starter with the ability to follow instructions and complete work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Schedule - Full-Time
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project needs
- Typical shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (subject to seasonal variation)
Work Location - Field-based role centered around Ardmore, PA
- Projects located across the local region
- Reliable transportation to job sites is required
