We're excited to invite you to join our team as a Remote R.E. Investment Loan Broker! In this role, you will become an Authorized Broker, offering our Investment Loans to your clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself with our diverse loan products to effectively serve our clients.
Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Prepare and file loan applications along with all necessary supporting documents.
Build and maintain referral networks to identify and connect with prospective loan clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in mortgage and finance, with a solid understanding of the industry.
Knowledge of financial and lending practices to better assist clients.
Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Proficient in managing a pipeline and portfolio effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
