Job Description
Salary: $15-$17 per hour

We are looking for people who can show up every day on time and ready to work.
All of our uniformed crews leave from our facility at 7:30am, in company trucks, with company-provided tools needed to complete any work order that a crew is assigned. Our crews travel all over the Richmond Metro Area cleaning windows gutters and Siding/Stucco at residential customers' homes inside and out as well as large multi-unit buildings and associations. Paid time in the vehicle between job sites. You get paid to be in the truck driving to each jobsite. Paid Time for lunch.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Traveling with a coworker in company trucks to customers' homes and commercial properties.
Cleaning Exterior Windows, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning and Roof Washing in a safe and professional manner according to the techniques and best practices learned during training.
Training takes an average of 2 weeks.
You must have a validDRIVER'S LICENSEto be considered for Crew Leader position
Expectations from our team members:
- Following instructions given by office manager and site manager
- Show up on time, with a positive attitude every day
- Relay all job related issues to the office manager or site manager
- Keeping your coworker on task and getting jobs completed on time and to company quality standard
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Ladder work is part of this job. You must feel comfortable using, moving and climbing on 24' and 32' ladders on a regular basis
- 18 years or older
- Able to start by 7:30AM
- Able to work Monday Friday
- Manual Dexterity; Required to kneel, reach, climb and balance on a regular basis
-Able to lift 50-60lbs
-Must have valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Previous experience with outdoor or indoor manual labor, management, and ladder work is necessary.
