You’ll play a pivotal role in building and designing our products from 0 to 1, ensuring they not only look stunning but also perform seamlessly. If you thrive in an early-stage startup environment, have a deep sense of user empathy, and excel in both full-stack engineering and design, we’d love to hear from you. Have you played around with agentic IDEs like Windsurf or Cursor yet? Applications without answers to the above will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Use agentic IDEs like Windsurf or Cursor to quickly generate entire product features, maintaining high standards of quality and usability. Test code thoroughly. Implement performant backends in Node and PostgresQL. Translate complex customer needs into simple, elegant solutions. Own the full-stack development lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components that align with our design system. Continuously iterate on designs and features based on user feedback and analytics. Advocate for best practices in design, accessibility, and full-stack engineering. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: Strong design skills: A keen eye for aesthetics, user flow, and the finer details that elevate a product from good to great. Early-stage startup experience: You’ve built products from scratch (0 to 1) and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. High user empathy: You put the customer first, ensuring their experience drives design and product decisions. Full-stack engineering expertise: Proficient with our tech stack: Next.js, React, Tailwind, Node.js server, PostgresQL, and GCP. Excellent debugging skills and conscientious about testing . Aligned with Our Values: Results-Oriented: You measure success by outcomes, not just effort, and take pride in shipping exceptional work. Clear Decision-Making: You prioritize thoughtfully, focus on the highest-impact tasks, and work resourcefully with limited time and budget. Focused Execution: You hold yourself accountable, deliver reliably, and align with our shared vision and goals. Growth Mentality: You constantly strive to 10X yourself, welcome feedback, and seek to improve daily. Kindness & Respect: You communicate with empathy, respect, and care while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Ambition & Speed: You move quickly without sacrificing quality, and your optimism fuels your drive to overcome obstacles. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dreamwave AI
