Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Product Manager to assist our VP of Product Development. In this role, you will become the go-to expert on our Premium Membership service, with the opportunity to drive improvements to the Member Experience, enhance sales, and boost Member retention.
Above all, your primary role will be to identify and solve problems, ensuring a seamless experience for our users and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance and develop new features for Premium Membership users.
Design frontend, backend, and web app page mockups.
Work closely with Sales, Accounts, and Traffic teams to understand their needs.
Collaborate with our Tech team to launch new products and features.
Assist in creating competitive and industry-relevant pricing structures.
Engage directly with Premium Members to gather feedback and insights.
Ideal Candidate:
2-4 years of experience in product management or a related field.
Strong sales mindset with an eye for web design.
Experience with Photoshop or similar design tools is a plus.
Exceptional written communication skills for creating marketing content, emails, and printed materials.
Previous experience in sales or account management is beneficial.
Eagerness to take ownership of projects and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
