Job Description

We are seeking an Production Artist to join a fast-paced global sports apparel team. This role plays a critical part in delivering production-ready files, creating detailed graphic schematics, and ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency across apparel products. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, works with precision, and brings strong technical creativity to every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-volume graphic schematics , artworks, and laydown pages.
• Use 2D and 3D design tools to support apparel product creation.
• Participate in production art meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Build detailed documentation for downstream and cross-functional partners.
• Review strike-offs and verify file accuracy through final approval.
• Track, organize, and maintain updates across all production files.
• Learn new tools, improve workflows, and advocate for process efficiencies.
• Partner closely with design teams to finalize graphics for uniforms and seasonal apparel.

Who Youll Work With

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of apparel designers, graphic production artists, and production managers. This role supports multiple sport-focused product lines, with an emphasis on uniform design and category apparel.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong graphic design background with production art experience
• Self-starter with the ability to independently support fast-paced design teams

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with 3D apparel software (CLO strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Smartsheet, Airtable, Miro
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
• Passion for design; interest in sports apparel is a plus

Additional Details

• Local candidates only ; relocation is not available
• Hybrid schedule (onsite with remote Fridays)
• Degree preferred but not required
• Previous industry experience is a bonus but not mandatory
