We’re hiring a Spanish Speaking Bilingual Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, improve productivity, and lead a team toward success. This is a hands-on role that requires problem-solving, quick decision-making, and the ability to step in wherever needed on the production floor.

Responsibilities -

• Ensure the machinery is functional
• Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
• Lead team members
• Track metrics

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• 2+ years of Paper Mill, Manufacturing, or Packaging background
• High School diploma or GED
• Proficient in Excel
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience

Pay range and compensation package - $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

SCHEDULE: Sunday thru Thursday 7:00pm - 5:30am
