Purpose of the Project: The foremost objective of the "Order to Cash" project at Federal Prison Industries Inc. (FPI) is the recruitment of an accomplished Program Manager to spearhead this initiative. The Program Manager's mission is to orchestrate a profound transformation of our order-to-cash process, imbuing it
with heightened efficiency and automation. This overarching endeavor encompasses the entire spectrum of activities, commencing with customer order placement and culminating in payment collection.
