Job Description:

• This position is a Project Management career path entry level position. This role will support meeting internal requirements to meet governance standards on a variety of Distribution (Customer Delivery) projects in the Power/Utility industry.
• The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in the development and approvals of required project documents to meet internal company requirements. Typical project documents involved include project plans, risk assessments, schedules, estimates, funding requests, and other project artifacts.
• Each project requires periodic management reviews/approvals as the project progresses through the life cycle and this role will be involved from project setup through to project close out.

• Responsibilities will include developing/assist in the development of required documents, compiling and submitting documents for management review, and archiving approved documents.
• This position will work daily with other project managers on a variety of projects in the Eastern NC territory.
• Secondary responsibilities for this role will include assisting in the financial closeout of completed projects, assisting in management of the project schedules, and replying to information requests about project status.
