Project Manager - Multifamily Project Manager - Multifamily

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process. The Project Manager will act as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring that all project objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects.
• Develop project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality control.
• Prepare and review submittals and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) promptly.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the multifamily construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
• Experience managing high-rise and commercial projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
