The Promotions Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and strategies. This role involves a variety of tasks, including creating promotional materials, coordinating with vendors, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be a creative and organized individual with a passion for marketing.

Compensation:

47,000 - 55,000 a year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns, including product launches, sales promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Promotional Material Creation:
    • Create and manage a variety of promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, brochures, and digital ads.
    • Work with designers and printers to ensure high-quality production and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Source and manage relationships with vendors, including printers, distributors, and promotional merchandise suppliers.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage promotional budgets, track expenses, and reconcile invoices.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Assist in planning and executing promotional events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product demonstrations.
    • Coordinate logistics, staffing, and vendor management for events.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as sales, website traffic, and social media engagement.
    • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or promotions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
