We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Prompt Engineer to join our mission to revolutionize risk management. In this role, you will design and refine prompts that optimize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on factuality, relevance, and trust in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain. You will collaborate closely with machine learning engineers and subject matter experts to integrate domain-specific knowledge into prompts and develop synthetic datasets that enhance our AI capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and refine prompts to guide AI models in generating accurate and relevant outputs.

  • Collaborate with machine learning engineers and subject matter experts to incorporate GRC-specific knowledge into prompts.

  • Develop synthetic datasets to enhance AI model training and ensure factuality, relevance, and trust.

  • Analyze model outputs and performance metrics to iterate and improve prompt effectiveness.

  • Document prompt design processes and outcomes to maintain clarity and consistency.

  • Identify and implement innovative prompting techniques to address emerging challenges and opportunities.

Attributes of a Successful Candidate

  • Proven experience in designing and refining prompts for AI models, with a focus on factuality and relevance.

  • Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts.

  • Experience in creating and curating synthetic datasets to enhance AI model performance.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with machine learning engineers and subject matter experts.

  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate model outputs and improve prompt performance.

  • Strong communication skills for crafting effective prompts and documentation.

  • A background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or related domains is a plus.
