Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Will Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
• Oversee maintenance & repair work.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts.
• Address and resolve FDNY , ECB, DOB violations .
• Conduct regular building inspections to maintain high operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with Local Laws and industry regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Verify insurance compliance and maintain required coverages.
• Keep track of proposals, invoices, and lien waivers .
• Oversee Capital Expenditures (CapEx) projects.
• Support property owners and the Director as needed.
• 5+ years of property management experience (high-end commercial experience a plus).
