Job Description

Development and Management of Key Clients:

Development and maintenance of clients for academic industry's package subscriptions and cooperation in publishing.
Development and maintenance of clients for academic industry's package editions.

II. Agency Clients and Development and Management:

Daily development and maintenance of agency clients in academic industry.
Negotiations with other publishing institutions, including academic publishing institutions, textbook publishing institutions, and other book publishing institutions.

III. Joint Publishing/Cooperation in Academic Conferences:

Development and maintenance of clients from industries such as enterprises, hospitals, and research institutes.
Communication and negotiation of joint publishing business.
Negotiation, organization, and implementation of academic conferences.

IV. Teamwork Management:

Assisting in the development of team clients and answering client questions.
Organizing and assisting with team visits, handling client issues.
Responsible for daily recruitment, training, selection, assessment, and motivation of the team.
