Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the company’s quality systems and standards
  • Conduct and manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance and certification
  • Oversee documentation and tracking of quality control procedures and performance metrics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve product and process quality issues
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Mentor and develop quality team members and supervisors to build a high-performance culture
  • Stay current with industry standards and best practices to maintain compliance and excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
