JOB DESCRIPTION :
Experience in hand on ATF, ServiceNow automation.
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, information technology or a related field
Experience with Service Now ITSM and CRM suite of applications
Experience with Service Now Test Management and Automated Test Framework
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing
Service Now certifications desirable
Working Experience in Business Analyst
Working Experience in User Acceptance Testing
