Job Details Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.
Oversee the inspection and testing processes to ensure product quality and conformity to specifications.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS and industry standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
Establish and maintain quality standards for suppliers and conduct supplier audits.
Develop and deliver training programs for employees on quality standards and practices.
Maintain accurate records of quality activities, including inspection reports, test results, and audit findings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Expert level knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ASME, AISC, ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma).
Proven track record of developing, implementing, and managing quality systems.
