Job Description:

The Role:

• This role will work within the Export Regulatory and Quality team.

• This position will be responsible for generating technical documentation needed to export food products, and providing support in tracking quality complaints claims and complaints related to Client products globally.

Key Components of the Role:

• Provide technical information and evaluating regulatory compliance of products as well as adhering to internal policies and guidelines for exporting products.

• Support risk assessment activities for existing products in new markets.

• Protect the intellectual property of our products and processes.

• Completes customer compliance documentation.

• Provides support to Export Quality related issues, including supporting customer/consumer complaints through investigating root cause analysis and determining corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in Food Science or related scientific field with a minimal experience in Regulatory, Nutrition, R&D or Quality in the food industry required.

• Candidate must have strong computer skills and experience with specifications, databases, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• This position requires the ability to handle complexity, work independently, and manage multiple projects under tight timelines with a strong drive for results and the ability to bring projects to completion.

• Candidate must pass computer testing to be eligible for interview with Client.

• Candidate must be able to complete all three tasks below without any issues on first attempt.

  • Download a Microsoft Word file, find it, save it, rename it, and attach it to an email

  • Bookmark a website in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, close the browser, reopen the browser, and find the bookmarked site

  • Open Microsoft Excel

• The candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree and have at least minimal experience in Regulatory, Nutrition, R&D, or Quality in the food industry. This role is entry-level and recent graduates with some experience in the food industry are welcome to apply.

• Demonstrates strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently.

• Capable of meeting strict deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines, with a strong drive for results and the ability to successfully bring projects to completion.
