Job Description

One of our clients specialized in food manufacturing is seeking a R&D Lab Technician to join their growing team! This is a contract-to-hire position offering a pay rate range of $26-28/hr. If you're interested, please apply!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of samples and prototypes.
• Perform basic laboratory tasks, including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments and observations.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces.
• Assist in the evaluation of samples using sensory analysis techniques.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
• Order and maintain inventory of lab supplies.
• Support bench-top scientists in research and development projects.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
