Our R&D team is seeking an experienced Tech Lead specializing in AI and Generative AI (GenAI) for Healthcare to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven healthcare solutions. Together, we will serve the team goal to drive innovation in medical imaging, clinical data analysis, agent-based systems, and decision-support tools, significantly enhancing patient care and clinical efficiency.

IF YOU ARE

• Proficient in AI and Machine Learning, with a proven track record in developing and deploying healthcare-focused AI solutions
• Showing expertise in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and agentic AI applications
• Hands-on with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Adept at deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Accustomed to MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Familiar with healthcare data standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
• A specialist with excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively working cross-functionally with technical and clinical stakeholders
• A holder of an advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (as an advantage)
• A professional with prior experience working within clinical settings or directly interfacing with healthcare professionals (as a perk)
• The one who published research or contributions to AI/ML communities, particularly related to healthcare applications (as a strong win)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Architect and implement scalable AI solutions focused on Generative AI, Computer Vision, and agentic systems tailored for healthcare applications
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and developers in the research, design, and deployment of AI systems
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to identify clinical challenges and integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing medical workflows
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards, including data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR) and security
• Oversee the development and application of machine learning pipelines and MLOps practices to support robust model deployment and lifecycle management
• Maintain awareness of emerging AI trends and technologies, proactively adapting strategies and solutions to stay ahead in healthcare innovation
