BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Part-Time X-Ray Radiology Technologist (Weekend Option Pay - WEO)for Christian Hospital (11133 Dunn Rd., St. Louis, MO)

***Weekend Premium Pay: 50% extra on hourly rate for weekend hours!!!***

  Position Details:

• Weekend Day Schedule: Work just 2 days a week - MAXMIZE YOUR PAY!!!
• Weekend Day Shift Hours: Saturday & Sunday (7am-7:30pm)
• Part-Time (24 hours per week) Benefit eligible
• Weekend Premium Pay: 50% extra on hourly rate for weekend hours!!!
• Combine base pay + weekend premium = lucrative paycheck!!!
• Radiologic / Radiology Technologist

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
• Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R)
  • One year commitment

Experience:

• GI & Surgery / procedures experience (preferred)
• New grads, upcoming grad students, and experienced welcome to apply!!!

Northwest HealthCare , six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.

The Radiology Department at NWHC, provides out-patient and emergency services. Radiology is equipped with DR & PAC's technology. Our patients range from infant to late adulthood. Digital mammography performs screening, diagnostic & diagnostic follow up services. Diagnostic Radiology offers same day service.

Role Purpose

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Informs patient on instructions and what the procedure entails with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Performs radiographic imaging examinations independently, in on-call situations (if applicable), portable exams, and other tasks assigned by the department.
