Job Description: Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on React Native. Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices. Experience with integrating third-party APIs and libraries. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Proven track record of leading technical initiatives or mentoring development teams. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., React Testing Library, Appium) is a plus. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and UX/UI designers to understand business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. Translate these into feasible and optimal technical designs for React Native applications. Define and communicate clear architectural patterns, design principles, and coding standards for React Native projects, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the mobile portfolio. Contribute to the strategic planning and technical roadmap for mobile development. Identify emerging technologies and industry best practices that can enhance our products and processes. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
