*Job Overview*
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Real Estate and/or Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with the ability to navigate complex transactions and provide sound legal advice to clients. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage all aspects of real estate closings, including reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, preparing closing documents and funding.
* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.
* Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
* Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the closing process.

*Qualifications:*

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
* Strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
