Applicants must be local to the Cypress/Spring area What You’ll Do: Social Media Marketing & Content Creation • Develop on-brand, visually engaging static, carousel, and video content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube • Write clear, creative, and strategic captions aligned with our brand voice • Create reels, property flyers, open house flyers, and two monthly email newsletters using Canva • Schedule and manage content via tools like Metricool, Meta, or similar platforms • Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategy accordingly • Use ChatGPT and other tools to generate fresh monthly content ideas through a real estate lens • Edit video and photo content for home tours, knowledge-share videos, and events Responsibilities: Brand Ambassador & Community Engagement • Represent the team with enthusiasm and professionalism both online and at occasional in-person events • Foster community through engagement — reply to comments, DMs, and participate in social conversations • Assist with pop-ups, client appreciation events, builder outreach, and collaborations • Support giveaways, partnerships, and local networking efforts • Help grow and strengthen brand recognition in our local real estate market Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and current social trends • Proven Canva skills and ability to create various content types (print, digital, video) • Basic to advanced photography/videography skills and editing experience • Experience scheduling content and running Facebook Ads is a plus • Ability to stay on-brand while bringing fresh, creative ideas • Excellent written communication and time management • Confident, outgoing personality with a collaborative, “can-do” mindset • Bonus points for graphic design experience or email marketing knowledge About Company: Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Supportive, people-first company cultureGrowth opportunities and career developmentFlexibility, collaboration, and room for initiative
