Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish, assist with escrow documentation, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Apply now! Responsibilities Act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow officers, appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers throughout the transaction. Handle all buyer sales from contract through closing, ensuring all documents are in compliance with ADRE (e.g., executed, initialed, and signed correctly, required disclosures secured). Maintain ADRE files and coordinate production and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction. Monitor and assess the progress of the transaction to ensure deadlines are met and contingencies are released. Perform administrative and clerical duties, including setting home and inspection appointments. Qualifications Passionate about providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles or mortgages highly valued. Obtained real estate license or currently pursuing one. Excellent organizational skills and communication skills. High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience. Transaction Coordination experience (required). Arizona Licensed Agent (required). Residential Real Estate Experience (a plus). Strong communication & organizational skills. 5-Star customer service skills. High attention to detail & deadlines. Ability to multitask & problem‑solve. Excellent clerical & administrative background. Knowledge of real estate administrative systems. Proficient computer skills (Google/Word/Excel/Outlook).
