Job Title: Contract Recruiter (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join their team. This role will manage high-volume recruitment for various positions across multiple facilities. The recruiter will handle all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing interviews and extending job offers. The individual will work in a hybrid model, with two days per week in the office and the remaining days working remotely. The role is a contract-to-hire position, with the potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a requisition load of 25-30 positions, consistently sourcing and screening candidates.
• Full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume reviews, phone/video screenings, interviews, and offer generation.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment objectives and align with business goals.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting for both industrial and office roles, with a preference for manufacturing experience.
• Experience with EEO compliance and knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
