Job Overview:

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for refining applicant tracking systems and collaborating closely with hiring managers to clearly define role requirements and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding candidates.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by fostering positive interactions throughout the hiring process.

Partnering with Hiring Managers

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on market trends and hiring strategies.

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries and specialties.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage tools, platforms, and networks (social media, job boards, professional organizations) to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Optimization

  • Manage and refine the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Train team members and hiring managers on effective ATS usage to maximize efficiency.

Candidate Evaluation and Selection

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations, behavioral interviews, and cultural fit analyses.
  • Perform detailed reference checks and background verifications as needed.

Reporting and Metrics

  • Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, refine strategies, and report insights to leadership.

Staying Ahead of Industry Trends

  • Keep informed of market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive hiring edge.
  • Share insights and implement innovative techniques to improve the overall recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably working across multiple industries, divisions, or organizations with diverse hiring needs.
  • Expertise in optimizing and managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a focus on improving workflows, reporting capabilities, and user adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand and meet hiring objectives.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including leveraging social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), job boards, networking, and referral programs to attract high-quality talent.
  • Track record of successfully filling roles across a broad range of specialties and industries within targeted timeframes.
  • Strong understanding of candidate evaluation methods, including behavioral interviewing techniques and skills-based assessments.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build trust and rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
