Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to support one of our key clients in their mission to attract top-tier talent across a range of technical and operational roles. This position is ideal for a recruiting professional with strong sourcing capabilities, a consultative mindset, and a drive to deliver exceptional results within a global, fast-paced environment. The role offers a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage internal/external job advertisements.
  • Track applicant volume and determine when job posting sponsorship is necessary.
  • Maintain accurate listings and updates for all open positions.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through resume reviews and pre-screening interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Make contingent offers of employment and manage communication through the offer stage.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and with academic/training institutions.
  • Support applicant tracking system (ATS) improvements and participate in strategic projects in collaboration with international partners.
  • Provide insights on market trends and contribute to talent acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Respond to candidate and internal inquiries; escalate complex matters when necessary.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and independent.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
