We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join our agency team. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join our agency team. Whether you're new to recruiting or transitioning from another career, this role will provide training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process—from sourcing candidates to closing hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for client roles
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their skills, career goals, and preferences
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews
  • Provide candidates with feedback and manage offer negotiations
  • Maintain detailed records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • Utilize Boolean string searches and other out of the box sourcing best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or client management is a plus
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus but not required
