Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team during a busy hiring season. This role is ideal for someone highly organized who enjoys process management and behind-the-scenes support in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and distribute a high volume of offer letters each week
• Manage applicant tracking system (iCIMS), updating candidate records and monitoring workflows
• Verify background check status and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
• Communicate with candidates via email to provide updates and confirmations
• Double-check automation tools and processes to ensure accuracy
• Partner closely with the Recruiting team to support hiring demands
• Maintain organization and ensure tasks are completed with attention to detail

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dayforce experience a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
