Job Description The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR team by coordinating full-cycle recruitment for administrative and programmatic roles. This individual will manage scheduling, candidate communication, and assist with HR processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Manage recruiting processes for administrative and programmatic roles, including resume screening, candidate interviews, and coordination with hiring managers. Create and post job ads on HRIS and external job boards; develop interview guides and screening questions. Schedule and organize candidate interviews, collaborating with hiring managers and interview panels. Collect post-interview surveys, develop feedback forms, and share results with hiring managers. Assist with the employment offer process in coordination with HR staff and hiring managers. Monitor recruitment inboxes, respond to candidate inquiries, and provide scheduling updates. Support recruitment for summer internship programs if assignment extends, partnering with university career centers. Qualifications 2–3 years of HR administrative experience, including at least 1 year in recruitment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and ATS. Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
