SUMMARY OF POSITION:\n \n \n \n

\n In partnership with the Medical Director, Outpatient Director and Clinical Department(s), this position is responsible for the practice management, operations and coordination of the day-to-day clinical and business activities for high volume, multi-specialty and/or multi-disciplinary site(s). Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, supervision, discipline and staff development; capital and operational budget oversight/management ; efficient utilization of resources; developing policies and procedures; both new employee orientation and ongoing education of staff, and management of quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical, operational, quality and cost efficiency and the patient experience on an on-going basis.\n

\n \n \n MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):\n \n \n \n \n

\n

\n
• \n \n Bachelor's degree required.\n \n
\n
• \n Five (5) years of clinical experience required.\n
\n
• \n \n Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.\n \n
\n
• \n Progressive leadership experience is required.\n
\n

• \n \n Previous ambulatory experience preferred.\n \n
\n
