Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced  Copy Writer  who can deliver accurate, clear, concise, and timely communication in compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. This role involves creating a variety of content, including emails, newsletters, required regulatory materials, and sales-related content to support various business divisions. Additionally, the role includes supporting the content needs for Thought Leadership and consultant teams, as well as small business initiatives.

Compensation Range: $30.00 – 34.48 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts with clients and colleagues. Gather feedback from editors, content managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders while providing thoughtful feedback on submissions.
• Build knowledge of assigned industries and products, processes, and services, conducting research as necessary.
• Contribute to and oversee content creation from planning and drafting to final delivery. Assist with evaluating project scope, content strategy, and deadlines.
• Respond to edits and changes with flexibility while maintaining quality and accuracy, adhering to established writing styles and standards.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advertising copywriting, video scripts, UX writing, marketing content, and multimedia content creation.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools in the content creation and production process.
