Position Overview:

We are seeking driven, self-motivated Insurance Agents to join us in a fully remote, commission-based role. As a 1099 contractor, you will enjoy the independence to work on your own schedule, managing your clients and income potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting life, health, and annuity insurance products that align with their needs and financial goals
• Build and maintain a client base by generating leads and converting them into long-term customers
• Conduct remote consultations and sales presentations via phone or video conferencing
• Develop tailored insurance plans for individuals and families
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools and company resources
• Continuously pursue new sales opportunities to grow your business and income

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A valid life and health insurance license (required)
• Strong passion for sales and helping people protect their financial future
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial, but not required — we offer training and support to help you succeed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and virtual communication platforms
