Job Overview:
We are hiring a Remote Live Chat Agent to help answer customer questions and solve problems through live chat. You will be the first point of contact for people needing help with our products or services. This role is fully remote, and you must be based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond quickly and clearly to customer questions using live chat
Help solve issues or direct customers to the right team
Use tools and resources to give accurate information
Keep records of all customer chats using our system
Follow company guidelines and stay updated on changes
Work with your team to improve service and customer experience
Meet daily or weekly goals like response time and satisfaction
Requirements:
Must live in the United States and be authorized to work
High school diploma or GED
Good writing and communication skills
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
Able to work independently and manage time well
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
