Key Responsibilities:
✓ Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer satisfaction
✓ Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
✓ Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment
✓ Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
✓ Establish strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent inventory and cost control
✓ Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and practices
✓ Continuously innovate and refine processes to optimize efficiency and enhance the overall dining experience
✓ Proven track record as a successful Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume establishment
✓ In-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, best practices, and regulations
✓ Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost control measures
✓ Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff and customers
✓ Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations
✓ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
