Job Description

Overview:

The Michael Patricks General Manager is responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
  • Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant.
  • Developing wait, host, utility, and staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Establish a guest first culture in the venue with convivial employees.
  • Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
  • Review departmental status with VP of F&B.
  • Develop and manage programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
  • Adhere to all systems and processes to ensure seamless guest service and employee satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Display strong work ethic and team work.
  • Five to seven years experience in restaurant management and supervision, purchasing and inventory control with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • Alcohol Beverage Control card any applicable health certificates.
