Develop accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate software. Collaborate with insurance adjusters to review and finalize estimates, ensuring all necessary details are included for claim approvals. Communicate with customers to explain the scope of work and the claims process, addressing any questions or concerns. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and technicians to ensure accurate execution of the approved scope of work. Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, adjustments, and communications in compliance with company and industry standards. Stay updated on industry trends, insurance guidelines, and Xactimate updates to ensure accurate and competitive estimating. Qualifications: 3 or more years of experience as an Estimator in Restoration/Reconstruction Xactimate experience required Clean driving record Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs. Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner). Environmental Conditions: Estimators may travel to a variety of worksites in a company vehicle. Climate-controlled Office/Field setting.
